You can start at the airport. The driver meets you in arrivals with a name sign, monitors the flight, and includes 45 minutes waiting after landing before the reserved day-trip hours run. Agadir is the launch city; Marrakech, Essaouira, and Sahara days use the same booking rules with times that belong to those roads — adding another Moroccan city later is extra itinerary copy, not a new product.

From an Agadir hotel, Taghazout is about 18–22 km (25–40 min); from AGA, 40–60 min. Paradise Valley from Agadir is typically 45–75 min; from Taghazout itself, often 40–60 min via Aourir. Use Agadir Tours or Taghazout Tours for those clocks — this page is the hire type.
Ourika is about 35–45 km (1h–1h 30min). Imlil is 60–70 km (1h 30min–2h) — Atlas Mountains Tours for a village day with waiting. Agafay camps are often 45–75 min. Essaouira or Tizi n’Tichka are full-day roads. Times live on Marrakech Tours and Atlas Mountains Tours.
From Essaouira, Diabat is 10–20 min and Sidi Kaouki about 35–50 min — Essaouira Tours. Sahara days (Ouarzazate, Zagora, Merzouga) are long sealed-road hires on Sahara Tours, not an Agafay afternoon and not an Agadir valley.
Land early, keep the same car. Complimentary waiting starts after you land (first 45 minutes included); then the half-day or full-day you reserved. A late afternoon arrival plus Essaouira or Imlil the same day is usually too tight.
