Coverage follows how each city is built. Agadir is lobby hotels; Marrakech and Fez are mixed riad and palmeraie; Casablanca and Rabat are city addresses. City pages hold the local times.
A Founty or marina hotel in Agadir is a kerbside lobby drop: Al Massira (AGA) is about 20–25 km, typically 25–40 minutes. A Taghazout boutique hotel is a longer coastal run (about 30–45 minutes), not the same quote as the boulevard. Marrakech Menara (RAK) to Gueliz or Hivernage is often 15–25 minutes, but a riad inside the medina cannot take a sedan down a pedestrian alley — we stop at an accessible point such as a nearby square or gated street and the guest walks the last stretch with help for bags. Fez-Saïss (FEZ) sits south of the city (about 25–40 minutes); imperial-city riads use Bab Boujloud or Rcif-side meeting points, not a door on a car-free lane.
Hotel Transfers is the guest-facing airport-to-hotel booking. This page is how the property itself becomes the booker: charge to the room, guest pays on the voucher, or a monthly invoice to the hotel. The name board shows the guest (and the hotel if you ask). Waiting at the lobby on departure is 15 minutes; waiting after landing is 45 minutes.
Each arrival or departure is a quote for that hotel address and vehicle — not a rank meter and not one nationwide hotel rate.

The chauffeur meets the guest in arrivals with a name sign, loads bags, and drives to the porte cochère you put on the booking. Flight delays move the pickup; waiting starts after landing. This is the same road product as Hotel Transfers, booked by the desk instead of the guest.
Marrakech and Fez riads rarely have a vehicle door. We agree an accessible drop — a nearby square, hotel with a loading bay, or the last street a car can enter — and the guest walks in. Essaouira ramparts hotels work the same way. Do not print a medina GPS pin as if it were an Agadir boulevard lobby.
Lobby pickup for the return to AGA, RAK, CMN or FEZ: the car waits at reception; the first 15 minutes are included. Red-eye long-hauls into CMN (40–60 minutes to Casablanca hotels, ~30 km) and late AGA charters are covered 24/7. Keep the same vehicle category the guest arrived in if luggage has not changed.
Same booking, different roads. Agadir is where we started; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate, Taghazout, Saidia, Meknes, El Jadida, Imsouane and Mirleft use the same pickup rules, with times that match that airport, pass, or mountain road.

A boulevard hotel can take a minibus. A Fez or Marrakech riad often cannot. Match the vehicle to both luggage and the last street the car can use. Minibus 8–16 and coaches are for resort groups, not a single riad alley.
Charters slip and guests change rooms. We monitor the flight on airport legs. Message dispatch if the drop-off room or riad changes the same day rather than leaving the guest on the rank.
A saloon for two people and typical bags. A van when the family, golf clubs or extra cases come too. What you see at booking is what is offered on that route — not every city has every vehicle.
