A Private Car to the Hotel Door You Booked

Hotel transfers in Morocco are a reserved car between the airport and a named property — or between two hotels when you change rooms mid-stay. The chauffeur meets you in arrivals or at the lobby, loads the luggage, and quotes that hotel address before you confirm. Agadir is the launch city; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Fez use the same product with those cities’ roads.

Where Hotel Transfers Are Booked

Same Product, Different Properties

Agadir is the launch city. Other Moroccan cities use this hotel product with their own distances — adding another city later is content, not a new booking architecture.

Agadir Beach, Marina & Taghazout

Boulevard, Founty and marina hotels are usually 25–40 minutes from AGA (about 20–25 km). Taghazout and Aourir are a longer coastal run. A resort porte cochère is not the same pin as a villa on the corniche.

Marrakech Riads, Gueliz & Palmeraie

RAK to Gueliz or Hivernage is often 15–25 minutes. Medina riads usually need an accessible edge street. Palmeraie resorts add time versus a Jemaa el-Fna-edge drop — do not reuse Agadir’s airport clock here.

Casablanca & Rabat Hotels

Mohammed V to Ain Diab, the Corniche or Anfa hotels is typically 40–60 minutes (~30 km). Rabat-Salé to Hassan or downtown hotels is about 10 km and 15–25 minutes. CMN to a Rabat hotel is a separate ~90 km road quote, not an RBA hop.

Tangier, Fez & Later Cities

TNG to Ville Nouvelle or Malabata hotels is not interchangeable with FEZ-Saïss to a Fès el-Bali riad. A new Moroccan city later is extra hotel addresses and copy on this same product.

The Property Name Matters More Than the City Label

An Agadir beach hotel on the boulevard is not the same drop-off as a Taghazout surf lodge. Al Massira (AGA) sits about 20–25 km from most city and marina hotels — typically 25–40 minutes. Taghazout is usually 40–60 minutes on the coastal road. Marrakech Menara (RAK) is only about 6 km from Jemaa el-Fna, often 15–25 minutes to Gueliz or Hivernage, but a Palmeraie resort is 25–45 minutes and a medina riad may need a walk-up point the car cannot enter.

This page is that hotel product: airport to hotel, hotel to airport on checkout morning, and hotel-to-hotel when you move properties. Private Transfers covers stations, ports and intercity roads. Airport Transfers is the hub for terminal procedure. Here the meeting point is the lobby, the porte cochère, the resort gate, or the last legal stop before a car-free alley.

How a Hotel Transfer Is Quoted

You pay for the hotel address and vehicle you enter — not a shared shuttle that stops at every resort on the strip.

  • Airport start: arrivals hall, name sign, flight monitoring, 45 minutes waiting after landing
  • Hotel start: lobby or accessible gate, 15 minutes complimentary wait from the booked time
  • Quote per property and vehicle — a Founty resort is not priced as a Taghazout villa

Hotel Pickup Product

Arrival, Checkout, and Changing Hotels

Airport to Hotel

Give the flight number and the hotel name. The chauffeur waits in arrivals with a sign, tracks the landing, and drives you to that property — not to a rank where you renegotiate with bags in hand. Waiting starts after landing, not at the scheduled time.

  • AGA, RAK, CMN, RBA, TNG, FEZ when those airports are published
  • Meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall
  • Flight number monitored for delays
  • See Airport Transfers for the full terminal procedure

Hotel to Airport on Checkout

Book the lobby pickup after checkout, not a hoped-for petit taxi. Luggage is loaded at the porte cochère. For a morning departure, allow the city page’s airport minutes plus check-in — AGA hotels typically need 25–40 minutes to the terminal; CMN from a Corniche hotel is often 40–60 minutes.

  • 15 minutes complimentary wait from the booked lobby time
  • Driver details sent after confirmation
  • Early checkouts and red-eye departures are dispatched, not daytime-only
  • Hourly Transfers if you need a stop at a bureau de change first

Hotel to Hotel & Resort Gates

Changing from a marina hotel to a Taghazout villa, or from Gueliz to a Palmeraie resort, is a hotel transfer with two named properties. Resort security may hold the car at the gate — we use the address and any access note you give, not a generic “Agadir hotel” pin.

  • Lobby-to-lobby when both doors take cars
  • Medina-edge meeting point for riads in Marrakech or Fez
  • Resort gate and villa porte cochère as booked
  • Private Transfers if the other end is a station or another city
City Transfers

Cities we serve

Same booking, different roads. Agadir is where we started; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate, Taghazout, Saidia, Meknes, El Jadida, Imsouane and Mirleft use the same pickup rules, with times that match that airport, pass, or mountain road.

Rules at the Hotel Door

Waiting, Luggage, and What You See on the Quote

Pickup rules are national. Drive times are not — each city transfer page keeps that city’s airport minutes so Agadir’s 25–40 is never pasted onto Casablanca.

Meeting Point

Airport: arrivals hall with a name sign. Hotel: the lobby, reception desk, or the last point a car can legally stop. In Marrakech or Fez medina, that is often an agreed street, not the riad door.

  • Name and hotel on the booking so the sign matches
  • Concierge can confirm the porte cochère if you add a note
  • Villa and kasbah gates: give the access pin or guard name
  • City pages list typical hotel districts for that airport

Waiting-Time Policy

Hotel and address pickups include 15 minutes from the clock time you booked. Airport pickups include 45 minutes after landing because baggage reclaim is not a lobby. After that, message dispatch rather than leaving the chauffeur unpaid at the kerb.

  • Hotel / resort / riad: 15 minutes included
  • Airport: 45 minutes after landing, flight monitored
  • Late checkout that overruns: contact dispatch to shift pickup
  • A long wait at the pool or spa is Hourly Transfers, not this page

Passengers, Luggage & Vehicles

A week in Agadir produces more bags than a one-night Casablanca stop. Choose the category in the quote. Standard car: typically two or three people and two large suitcases. Golf clubs, a family, or four pull-alongs need the minivan.

  • Standard car: about 2–3 passengers, 2 large bags
  • Minivan: extra seats and hold for families or golf
  • Child seats on request
  • Event Transfers if you are moving a whole guest list

Pick a car that fits the trip

A saloon for two people and typical bags. A van when the family, golf clubs or extra cases come too. What you see at booking is what is offered on that route — not every city has every vehicle.

Questions

Before you book

The practical bits: finding the driver, delayed flights, luggage, and how the price works.

Still unsure? Write to us — we would rather answer now than leave you guessing at arrivals.

The car and company are the same. Hotel Transfers is the product when a named hotel, riad or resort is the pickup or drop-off — including checkout to the airport and hotel-to-hotel. Airport Transfers explains terminal meet-and-greet for any drop-off. Private Transfers is the general A-to-B page for stations, ports and intercity roads such as Agadir–Marrakech.

Agadir Al Massira to most beach and marina hotels: about 20–25 km and 25–40 minutes; Taghazout typically 40–60 minutes. Marrakech Menara to Gueliz or the medina edge: about 6 km and 15–25 minutes; Palmeraie 25–45 minutes. Mohammed V to Casablanca Corniche or Anfa hotels: about 40–60 minutes. Rabat-Salé to downtown hotels: about 10 km and 15–25 minutes. Times are planning figures; traffic moves the clock.

Airport: in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Driver details are sent after booking. Hotel: the lobby, porte cochère or resort gate. In Marrakech or Fez medina, cars often cannot reach the door — we agree an accessible street. Agadir beach hotels are usually kerbside.

Airport pickups use the flight number on the booking. Pickup moves with the new landing time; the complimentary 45 minutes starts after landing, not at the original schedule. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes from the booked lobby time. If checkout overruns, contact dispatch to shift the car.

Tied to the vehicle in the quote. Standard car: typically a couple or three people with two large suitcases. A family, golf clubs, or four pull-alongs need a minivan. Do not assume the sedan that fits a one-night Casablanca stop will swallow a week of Agadir luggage.

Yes. Give the hotel name and any access note. Gated resorts may stop the car at the barrier. Medina riads use a walk-up point. If you add a supermarket or kasbah stop that will take more than a few minutes, ask dispatch — a long wait belongs on Hourly Transfers.

You see a quote for the hotel address and vehicle before you confirm. There is no shared shuttle circuit and no street-hail surcharge after you sit down. Corporate invoicing for staff hotel runs sits on Corporate Transfers. A conference guest list sits on Event Transfers.

Agadir is the launch city. Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Fez have their own transfer pages for local airport times. This hotel product is city-independent: adding another Moroccan city later is extra properties and copy, not a redesigned booking system.

Hotel Morocco Transfer

Book the Hotel Name, Not a Shared Circuit

  • 15 minutes wait at hotel pickups
  • 45 minutes waiting after landing

Get a Quote for Your Hotel

"Enter the airport or hotel, the other address, and a vehicle. Confirm when the price is for that property — a Palmeraie resort is not an RAK–Gueliz hop."

Hotel Transfers fit when:

  • You land and go straight to a hotel or riad
  • You check out and need the airport, not a rank
  • You are changing hotels in the same city
  • Luggage will not fit a petit taxi
  • The riad needs a walk-up meeting point
  • You do not want a shared hotel shuttle
  • The driver should not wait after drop-off
  • A guest list would be Event Transfers instead
