Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport (TNG) is about 12–15 km southwest of the city. Off-peak, most private transfers take around 20–35 minutes to the medina, Kasbah, and Ville Nouvelle. Malabata and the city ferry port are a similar window. There is no train at the airport; after immigration a pre-booked car is the direct option — useful if you have a ferry to Tarifa the same day, or if you are heading into medina lanes that are easy to miss from the taxi rank.
